• Complete your booking and payment

Booking a Session

Our booking system is designed to be simple and intuitive. Here's what you need to know:

• Sessions are available 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM
• You can book sessions of 30-60 minutes
• Private sauna sessions are for up to 4 people
• Public sauna sessions accommodate up to 8 people
• Ice bath sessions are for individual use

Payment & Pricing

We accept major credit cards and provide secure payment processing through Stripe.

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
• All prices include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
• The GST component is shown separately in your cart for transparency
• Free shipping on orders over $100
• Concession rates available for eligible customers
